I am Ms. Katie, the preschool teacher, I am so thrilled to be here! I grew up in Little Falls and graduated high school in 2008. I have my degree in Early Childhood Education and have a few years work experience as a Paraprofessional at Little Falls Community Middle School. My husband, Corey and I live in Bowlus and half to two wonderful children, Gavin and Cora. We belong to St. Stanislaus Kostka Church in Bowlus. As you'll come to find out, my faith is very important to me. Being able to implement my faith with teaching is like a dream come true, so I am beyond excited! I look forward to meeting many new faces and for a fun school year!!

To cultivate learning through dedication to high academic standards while nurturing each child both personally and spiritually.
Objectives
To begin the building of each child's faith formation. To develop a positive self-concept towards themselves through guided activities. Developing a positive attitude towards school and socially. Teaching respect, responsibility, cooperation and participation in group activities. Learning new skills and improving the skills already possessed. Fostering a sense of creativity through the use of each child's imagination.
Age Limitations
Mary of Lourdes Preschool is licensed by the Minnesota Department of Human Services to serve children ages three, four, and five years old. The child must be three years old and toilet trained by September 1st.

Transportation
No transportation is provided by Mary of Lourdes Preschool. We suggest car-pooling arrangements be made between families.

Minimum Enrollment
We ask parents to enroll their child for the entire nine month school term. In case of extenuating circumstances, a two week notice needs to be given to the preschool teacher.

Snacks
Parents are asked to furnish nutritional snacks on a rotating basis. Snacks must be prepackaged and may not be made from home.
Milk is available for an annual fee:
2 day session: $25.00
3 day session: $35.00
