My name is Katie Sobania, I am the Preschool teacher here at Mary of Lourdes Elementary School. There is nothing I love more than having the opportunity to be able to share the love of my faith with my students and watching them develop a relationship and love with Christ themselves. Being a part of Mary of Lourdes School as both a staff member and a parent has been one of the top blessings of my life. I love being here, spending time with my students and being a member of this Catholic community. When I am not teaching at work, I am with my family, my husband Corey and I reside in Bowlus with our three beautiful children, Gavin, Cora, and Emily. We love to spend time together, especially outdoors, camping, having bonfires, visiting different State Parks, and doing projects around our home. I am from Little Falls and have been a member at Our Lady of Lourdes Church my whole life.

Our Vision
To cultivate learning through dedication to high academic standards while nurturing each child both personally and spiritually.
Objectives
To begin the building of each child's faith formation. To develop a positive self-concept towards themselves through guided activities. Developing a positive attitude towards school and socially. Teaching respect, responsibility, cooperation and participation in group activities. Learning new skills and improving the skills already possessed. Fostering a sense of creativity through the use of each child's imagination.
Age Limitations
Mary of Lourdes Preschool is licensed by the Minnesota Department of Human Services to serve children ages three, four, and five years old. The child must be three years old and toilet trained by September 1st.
Transportation
No transportation is provided by Mary of Lourdes Preschool. We suggest car-pooling arrangements be made between families.
Minimum Enrollment
We ask parents to enroll their child for the entire nine month school term. In case of extenuating circumstances, a two week notice needs to be given to the preschool teacher.
Snacks
Parents are asked to furnish nutritional snacks on a rotating basis. Snacks must be prepackaged and may not be made from home.
Milk is available for an annual fee:
2 day session: $25.00
3 day session: $35.00
