Volunteer training

The Diocese of St. Cloud now has their training page available for our all staff and volunteers.

Once you select the link below, you will be sent directly to the training page. At the training page, there are several items that need to be downloaded depending upon whether you are a new volunteer or returning volunteer.

New volunteers to Mary of Lourdes will need to download the following information:

• Diocesan Sexual Misconduct policy
• Acknowledgement of Receipt: Sexual Misconduct Policy
• Guidelines for Ethics and Integrity
• Acknowledgement of Receipt: Guidelines for Ethics and Integrity
• Background Questionnaire Concerning Sexual Abuse
• Form B from Mind Your Business, Inc.

Next, choose your preferred options for reviewing the online video. After choosing your option, you'll note below the video window "Click here for short questionnaire". Select this and print out the form titled, Safe Environment Questionnaire . The information is filled in after the movie and submitted to the school office in either building.

Return to school:
• Acknowledgement forms
• Safe Environment Questionnaire

Mailed to Diocese of St. Cloud:
• Form B Mind Your Own Business is mailed into Reverend Marvin Enneking along with a check payable to the Diocese of St. Cloud covering the costs of the background check.

Returning Volunteers should download the following:

• Guidelines for Ethics and Integrity

Since we already have your Acknowledgement forms on file, we need you to stop into the school office to initial them. If your children are in the elementary building, go to the elementary office. If your children are at the Middle School, your volunteer file is at the Middle School office.
