November letter

Article Tuesday, November 7 Dear Parents, I am looking foreword to our conference visits. This can be a good time to answer questions that may be accumulating. I am sorry for any disappointment and inconvenience my absence last week may have caused. I had a family emergency and was grateful for the time. Our St. Otto’s Mass will happen at a later date. Important Dates for November Nov. 7: Conferences Nov. 8: Early release Nov. 10: Veteran’s Day program at the middle school (See permission slip) Nov. 13: Monthly St. Otto’s Care Center visit Nov. 22: 4A Mass Nov. 24-27: Thanksgiving break Curriculum for November Religion: Chapters 6-8 (Baptism, The Beatitudes) Reading: Novel: The Family Under the Bridge by Natalie Savage Carlson Math: Adding and subtracting large numbers Science: Plants (especially flowering plants, germinating seeds) Social: Southeastern U.S. Positive Action: Recognizing, refusing, reporting bullying; “put downs” Morning Mass Server Schedule Nov. 7-10: Nicole Andres, Thomas Bell Nov. 13-17: Ethan Crocker, Katelynn Kanieski Nov. 20-22: John Lukasavitz, Sierra Marshik Nov. 28-Dec. 1: Heidi Moe, Ian Norwood I would like to take this chance to remind you that the best Christmas gift you can give me is to donate to a local charity.
